Phillip Bank and TVIS Enter The Third Year of Scholarship Collaboration
Phnom Penh, 05 July 2023 – A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the only Singaporean-owned commercial bank and one of the medium-sized commercial banks in Cambodia, Phillip Bank Plc and True VISIONS International School of Cambodia (TVIS) was signed this morning at TVIS’s BM2 branch with the presence of both management entitles. This is the third year that the two entities collaborate on scholarship provisions for TVIS’s outstanding students.
As part of the bank’s strategic CSR approach to investing in the future generation of human resources in Cambodia, Phillip Bank has offered 100% scholarships to the top student ranging from grade 1 to grade 12. The purpose of this scholarship is to cover TVIS’s annual tuition fee throughout the year. The scholarship is expected to provide considerable benefits to both parents and TVIS students as an inspiration for them to thrive harder in their academic year.

I believe that this scholarship will become a tremendous encouragement and motivation for the student to develop themselves to their fullest potential and become society's talent pipeline.”
TVIS’s Director General, Dr. Seng Bona, said, “We are so grateful for Phillip Bank's kind support to our students, this scholarship will become an inspiration for students to be more competitive in studying which help them to strive harder in their academic year.”
